When will I receive my order?
All orders will ship within two business days upon receipt of order.
Ground Shipping: Your package will arrive in 5-7 business days from when your order is processed.
Expedited Shipping: Your package will arrive within 2 business days from when your order is processed.
Priority Shipping: Your package will arrive within 1 day from when your order is processed.
Please keep in mind that your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. Please contact us for any special shipping requests.
Does Candlefish ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Candlefish is not yet shipping internationally. For further inquiries on orders outside of the United States, please email us at email@example.com.
Where can I find my tracking information?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with tracking information. If you have any questions about tracking please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind it is possible that you will receive multiple packages for your one order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on hassle free returns and exchanges. Email us at email@example.com if you would like to make return or exchange.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an order that you did not place please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll fix it asap.
My order is a gift, how can I include a note or special wrapping?
If your order is a gift, please send a follow up email with your order to email@example.com so we can make sure to include your special note. All of our products come packaged in our Candlefish printed boxes perfect for gifting.
